Job Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
No prior work experience required, but an interest in the trucking or logistics industry is an advantage.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and issuing invoices for trucking services.
Ensure accurate billing by reviewing customer orders, delivery schedules, and transportation services.
Assist in verifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and customer details.
Help prepare reports on outstanding payments and billing statuses.
Provide customer support for billing inquiries and issues.
3. Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Willingness to learn and develop an understanding of billing processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
4. Other Requirements:
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in the trucking or logistics industry.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
