Assistant Procurement Executive
1. Direct and delegate responsibilities in the Purchasing Department
2. Provide a high level of technical assistance to each department and work closely with the Division Heads, Executive Chef and Executive Housekeeper in surveying the market for quality and best prices
3. Keep in close touch with key purveyors and obtain up-to-date information, especially in new products
4. To place Direct Market List order with suppliers and ensure that good delivered on time
5. Negotiate with representatives of suppliers for key items in products lines and determine the quality and best prices of mechandise in consultation with the General Manager and various department heads
6. Advise and keep-up-to date the market trends
7. Keep track record of all suppliers and products
8. Issue Purchase Order which are dully approved to purveyors after ascertaining the best buy in quality and prices.
9. Maintain proper filing of purchasing files
10. Any other duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time / or as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
