ASSISTANT MANAGER / SUPERVISOR (MALE ONLY) : FAST FOOD RESTAURANT (F&B)
REQUIREMENTS
Male only
Physical mobility as well as mental stamina
Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
Able to perform routine tasks with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Can start immediately
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensures the restaurant is up to company standards with regard to services, cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility
To assist Restaurant Manager on payroll, attendance, administrative and paperwork as and when needed.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume.
Perform daily closing and tally sales records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Perform bank deposits after ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial transactions.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverages service or proven experience as Supervisor /Assistant Restaurant
Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
