Assistant Architect
RESPONSIBILITY
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
- Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, Layout plan, detail drawing & on related to project while meeting deadline.
- Sourcing for material price and prepare quotation.
- To coordinate with suppliers and all relevant parties throughout the project
- Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement & follow the said time-line.
- Any other task as given by Management from time to time
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client's expectations
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- Preferably executive level in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Detail oriented and able to do multi task, prefer candidate with self motivated attitude.
- High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project cost.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
