Admin & Account Assistant
- Handling administrative tasks in the office such as documentation and resource management, making memos or forms to staff
- Sorting payment voucher and send to office group
- Organize and compile document / payment voucher into hard cover files and puchaser's file
- Responsible for daily operations in the office.
- The main duty is entering data and updating sales records in the master control
- Handle incoming and outgoing email, draft and distribute memo, emails and other communications as required
- Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers if necessary.
- Deal with the admin & account staff at the shahrizal & nasir JB branch for related work matters.
- Have a vehicle to come and go to work.
- Have ONE YEAR experience in office field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
