Administrator
- Assisting with documentation and file management related to purchases, payment claims, asset lists, Infrastructure, system workflows, and staff information management such as official letters, memos, and offer letters.
- Assisting in overseeing IT equipment, infrastructure, and internal application systems within the Perak staff workspace.
- Handling and providing support in organizing both internal and external meetings.
- Providing technical support at the headquarters and plantations.
- Assisting in communication with vendors involved in various IT Unit matters.
- Performing other tasks as directed by superiors as needed.
- Possess interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and able to communicate well with management at all levels and external parties.
- sometime need to attend meeting on weekends - max twice in a month) – can claim OT, excellent in documents filling control
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in handling Microsoft 365 software
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
