ADMIN EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Your role is to ensure an efficient, cost-effective procurement process. You will handle the sourcing of goods, services, and equipment, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide administration support to ensure efficient operation of office.
1. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating costs, credit terms, and purchasing office consumable items, and assets.
2. Supplier Management : Researching, evaluating, and liaising with suppliers. Negotiating terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
3. Preparing and processing purchase orders and following up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Monitoring Purchasing Items and Stationery Inventory levels, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and conducting stock checks.
5. Ensuring that all purchases comply with company policies and any regulatory requirements.
6. Coordinate with suppliers to arrange the delivery schedule.
7. Maintain comprehensive records and compare costs for internal purchasing requests while liaising with suppliers.
8. Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions, supplier information, and relevant documentation.
9. Keep proper record for company Assets Registration, Tagging and Movement records.
10. Manage Utilities, Stationery, Copier Machine and Office Operations in order.
11. Manage Housekeeping and office maintenance with team members.
12. Manage Office keys control and securities matters related to IT department.
13. Committee ad-hoc duties.
14. Perform administrative functions, support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
Requirements :
● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
● Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
● Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
● Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin Speaking as added advantage to liaise with China buyers and guests.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience in Auto-count software would be an added advantage.
● Optional Work Hour : 8.00am – 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
