ADMIN ASSISTANT (RETAIL SHOP, PACIFIC MEGAMALL PRAI)
Job Description:
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Benefits:
- Issue invoices to customer.
- Recognize every stock.
- Take order from walk in customer / online customer.
- Reply customer message and enquiries.
- Packaging for customers order and courier parcel delivery.
- General admin task.
- Shop located inside Pacific Megamall Seberang Prai.
- Minimum Diploma in any related courses.
- Able to start immediately or in one month notice period.
- Can speak Malay & English. Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Good working attitude, have computer skills and fast leaner.
- Great communication skills and have excellent teamwork spirit.
- Fit health condition and age from 18-30 only.
- 6 days from 9.30am-6pm. 1 Off Day.
- OT rate 1.5 during Normal Days.
- OT rate 2.0 during Public Holiday.
- Fun working environment <3
- Great team works within other staff
- We provide learning and training for no experienced staff
- We offer KPI incentives every month if confirmed staff had good attendance record
- Simple task and easy work inside the office
- Salary before 7th every month
- Have EPF, Socso and EIS contribution
