Job Title: Training Supervisor
Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Training Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the consistent development and training of staff across multiple outlets within the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training within the F&B industry and a strong ability to manage and implement training programs across various locations.

Pay: KD450.000 - KD600.000 per month
Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Working Hours: 9 hours per day

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training within the F&B industry and a strong ability to manage and implement training programs across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Training & Development: Lead training sessions to enhance staff skills, ensuring high performance and alignment with company standards.
- Training Program Management: Design, manage, and oversee the implementation of training programs across all locations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- On-Site Supervision: Conduct regular visits to multiple outlets to evaluate staff performance, provide on-the-job training, and offer continuous support.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess the impact of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes and staff development.
- Operational Alignment: Work closely with management to ensure that all training aligns with the company’s operational goals and service standards.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of proven experience in a training role within the F&B sector is essential.
- F&B Sector Knowledge: In-depth understanding of F&B operations and the skills required to excel in this industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams across multiple locations.
