Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive B2C - Key Account Manager (KAM). The ideal candidate will be entrusted with his/her team the management of channel partners, providing comprehensive sales and technical support throughout the sales process. The candidate will be responsible for delivering on action plans to achieve specified targets. B2C - KAM works with retailers and channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets and uncover existing and future project opportunities. Key Tasks: •Sales and Revenue Generation: Accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. This includes expanding the product line, ensuring accurate brand representation in promotional materials, and aiding in setting sales objectives and KPI metrics. •Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Manage multi-level relationships within assigned accounts and keep senior management updated on all areas of development. •Operational Oversight: Oversee inventory and sell-through activities, perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities, and consistently update market analysis. Address issues related to service, returns, and credit. Foster a proactive relationship with the order fulfillment team. •Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence. Maintain expert knowledge of key competitors in major growth categories. Handle revenue and market share data by category, including weekly market trend analysis. •Professional Development: Commit to self-improvement and training activities. This includes mastering product knowledge and related materials of the brands they represent. •Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, identify growth opportunities, and create a roadmap for expansion. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure the account's needs are met and to deliver a seamless customer experience. •Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on account status to senior management. This includes sales results, campaign outcomes, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
