Operation Manager ( EPS - Expanded Polystyrene Factory ) Job Description - Develop operation strategies and overseeing factory operations - Monitoring industrial and trade licenses and ensuring compliance - Managing customs exemptions and quality controls in coordination with the relevant ministries - Tracking ministry requests, credits, analyses and tests - Managing the factory’s workforce and raw material needs to ensure smooth operations - Monitoring production reports and quality control - Monitoring maintenance reports and overseeing maintenance activities - Procuring spare parts and ensuring their quality and approval - Assessing the factory’s machinery needs and improving equipment performance Production Department - Forms of production including o Daily Production and Monthly Production Plan - Organizing work schedule for employee - Mold changes procedures - Facilitating and communication between sales and production departments Maintenance Department - Organizing maintenance schedules and creating maintenance tables - Assigning tasks that need to be completed during the off-peak hours or days with reduced workloads - Coordination of breakdowns between production and maintenance - Contact of maintenance workshop for breakdown and coordinate with the supplier Warehouse Department - Tracking driver movements - Coordination, organization and monitoring of orders with the sales department - Organizing and distributing orders and drivers based on operational needs in coordination with the sales management - Coordinate with the production manager to arrange the production transfer Qualifications and requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. - At least 5 year(s) of working experience in same field - Adept in handling people Job Type: Full-time
