Job Title: Kitchen Manager
Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to lead the operations of our central kitchen in Shuwaikh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale kitchen operations, particularly in a multi-location environment, and will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow, optimal productivity, and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Staff Coordination: Oversee the management and coordination of kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and development.
- Inventory & Procurement: Ensure accurate inventory management, timely procurement, and proper storage of supplies while minimizing waste and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Regularly visit multiple outlets to monitor and streamline performance, implement best practices, and ensure consistent product quality and operational processes across all locations.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in line with local labor and food safety laws.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage all administrative aspects of kitchen operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and record-keeping.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in kitchen management, with a focus on central kitchen operations and multi-location oversight.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Multi-Location Expertise: Experience in overseeing operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in quality and efficiency.
