The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Rentokil Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Rentokil Boecker® value of Excellence.
Ensure that delivered services are aligned with Rentokil Boecker® food safety manual terms and regulations.
Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and other.
Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other).
Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
Organize, provide and deliver of Rentokil Boecker® Food Safety training programs.
Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed.
Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly.
Maintain data entries and data integrity on Rentokil Boecker® systems.
Participate in the organization of Public Health events internally and externally.
Support Sales team by providing them with leads and technical assistance during prospecting phase.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Training or relevant field.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office
