Documentation Representative
We are looking for a Documentation representative that will handle the following:

- The transmission of the import manifest to the customs and to the ports.
- Handling all operational issues of the import shipments.
- Transmission of the manifest to the custom and to the port on time.
- Send arrival notice to the clients.
- Take care to transfer the containers to the depots.
- Handle operational issues of the import shipments with the port / custom / depots
- Ongoing correspondence with Zim’s agents all over the world
- Correspondence with the GSS team
- Handle the CRM mailbox as per the targets
- Handle the correctors letters in front of the custom
- Improve imports process
Requirements:
You'll need to have:
- Academic education (B.A).
- Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- High proficiency in English.
- Experience in the Customer Service field.
