Our software provides flexible, end-to-end business management solutions for companies of all sizes and industries. Responsibilities: • Qualify prospects and produce quality leads to generate and drive sales • Develop sales prospecting strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers. • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling, email sequence, social media channels or responding to leads inquiries generated from marketing campaigns.
Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to an account executive, and securing remote or in-person meetings or phone calls. • Present preliminary product information to potential customers once you have identified their needs. • Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not move forward in the sales process via email or phone calls • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs. • Perform database and record keeping activities • Collaborate with both our sales and marketing teams to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Qualifications: • Ability to work IL and US time zones (EST) • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of our products and services through telesales or email communication (product training provided). • Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. • Possess strong time management and analytical skills • Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate using business and technical concepts. • Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. • Two years relevant sales development experience; software industry preferred. • Advantage: familiarity with Hub Spot, Zoom Info and other related tools.
