We are looking for a Working capital analyst that will monitor customers collection globally for maximizing collection from customers and reducing overdue payments. Supporting receivables related financing transactions. Responsible of implementing working processes and controls related to global processes with customer and vendors. Major areas of responsibility Managing global collection
Analyzing collection from customers on a global basis.
Implementation of working processes in agencies and regions for improving customer collection ratios and cash flow on the side of customers receivables.
Responsibility on preparing and executing collection & overdue and doubtful/ bad debts committees.
Preparing and analyzing periodical AR, aging and overdue reports
Assist with forming customer collection global policy.
Receivable financing
Supporting the ongoing operations of ZIM’s factoring facility by analyzing AR and credit reports.
Provide additional data analysis to create and maintain receivables financing operations and credit insurance targets.
System implementation
Supporting system improvement in all related areas of responsibilities, such as implementation of SAP modules, BI reports and dashboard or other IT solutions
KPI’s monitoring
Assist with setting annual targets.
Review performance of countries / regions and analyze trends and explanations received to raise concerns and promote solutions with respect to Account receivables/payables.
Implementation of action items for KPI’s targets.
Check system calculation accuracy.
Improvement of Vendors’ processes
Analyzing and monitoring vendors’ credit and payment trends on a global basis, while improving payments ratio with new recommendation.
Involvement in approving financial terms with vendors and concluding the agreements.
Improvement and implementation of working processes in agencies and regions for improving cash flow on the side of vendor’s payables.
Preparing and analyzing periodical AP, Aging and payments reports.
Preparing divisional budget, monitoring utilization, posting PO’s and invoices.
Monitoring global Guarantees
Monitoring company guarantees, concentrating and data converting on a project-level.
Requirements:
Academic education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting
Strong MS office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Experience of 2-3 year as an analyst with global processes
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with collection management on a large-scale customer- Advantage
