We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following
Providing information to the customers, regarding import/export issues.
Handling customer inquires (emails, phone calls).
Working with various programs.
Working globally with internal & external interfaces (e.g. different units, agencies, agents & etc.).
Requirements:
You'll need to have:
- Academic education (B.A).
- Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in the Customer Service field
