Workshop Supervisor
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily workflow in the workshop to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. This role involves supervising the team of technicians, ensuring quality repair work, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and areas of expertise to ensure efficient use of resources.
Supervise and guide technicians to ensure repair work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Inspect completed jobs to verify accuracy in parts and labor and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Ensure adherence to service processes, policies, and safety guidelines during all repair and maintenance activities.
Maintain discipline and organization within the workshop, ensuring it is clean, orderly, and complies with safety standards.
Provide coaching and mentoring to workshop staff to improve performance and technical skills.
Monitor the overall productivity and workflow within the workshop to maximize efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of technicians effectively.
Solid understanding of mechanical or technical repair processes.
Ability to prioritize workloads and allocate tasks according to technician skills.
Experience in enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team supervision and customer interactions.
Knowledge of service management software or tools to track job status and workshop productivity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,125.16-€42,132.26 per year
Work Location: In person
