We are looking to hire Service Coordinator (Workshop Service Manager) in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the main point of contact for customers during the machine repair and maintenance process.
Collects necessary data from customers to assess the condition of the equipment and perform an initial evaluation of breakdowns.
Determines the priority and criticality of service interventions, coordinating workshop or on-site repairs based on urgency and technician availability.
Oversees the workflow of the workshop, assigning tasks to technicians and managing work order tracking.
Conducts diagnostic assessments, prepares service quotations, and estimates delivery timelines for repairs.
Manages the administrative aspects of the service process, including invoicing and obtaining customer approval for repairs.
Collaborates with technicians and workshop managers to confirm repair needs and offer technical consultations when required.
Notifies customers of service updates, including when repairs are completed and equipment is ready for pickup.
Provides detailed explanations to customers regarding the services performed, consulting with technical staff as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Follows up with customers post-repair to resolve any remaining issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage workflow and service scheduling.
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and internal team coordination.
Knowledge of mechanical or industrial equipment and repair processes.
Ability to evaluate equipment conditions and prioritize service tasks effectively.
Administrative skills for managing invoices, customer approval, and service documentation.

Pay: €26,193.16-€56,355.17 per year
