THE COMPANY:
Our client is one of Irelands most successful refrigeration companies. Established almost a century and a half ago, this long-standing company has gained a solid reputation as market leaders in their industry. Our client provides their solutions to a range of customers in the data centre, food and beverage, retail and pharma sectors. Our client has an impressive portfolio of chiller systems to both retail, commercial market. Due to this companies continued success they now seek to recruit a service manager in Dublin.

THE ROLE:
The successful Service Manager will be based in Dublin and be responsible for the following.
Duties will include:

Manage a team of field engineers and their schedules
Main point of contact for customer queries, contract queries, pricing works and coordinating schedules
Provide technical support and administrative support for the technical team
Working closely with the service manager and technical director

THE PERSON:
The successful Service coordinator will have the following:

Experience as a service coordinator or similar role is required.
Candidates from a facilities background will also be considered
Strong coordinator or technical background is desired.
Will be beneficial to come from a mechanical background e.g HVAC/ refrigeration/ plumbing/heating etc
Those from all trades will be considered for this role.

THE PACKAGE:

Salary: €45-65k
