A market leader are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their team in Longford.
THE COMPANY:
Established in the early 1900's, our client is well established across Ireland and the UK. Due to continued growth this well-established manufacturer are seeking to recruit a talented Production Supervisor for their Longford site.
THE ROLE:
Based in their manufacturing facilities in Longford, the successful Production Supervisor will work morning and evening shifts with the following duties:

THE COMPANY:
Established in the early 1900's, our client is well established across Ireland and the UK. Due to continued growth this well-established manufacturer are seeking to recruit a talented Production Supervisor for their Longford site.
THE ROLE:
Based in their manufacturing facilities in Longford, the successful Production Supervisor will work morning and evening shifts with the following duties:
- Supervise a team of roughly 20 production operatives per shift.
- Support the Shift Manager in implementing and managing the quality systems and standards on site.
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that all procedures relating to any aspect of manufacturing are adhered to, in line with regulatory expectations.
- Identify and address technical issues/opportunities which can impact upon production and quality.
THE PERSON:
We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds:
- Ideally have prior Production supervisory experience.
- May consider a production operative looking to move into a supervisor role.
