Overview
Our client is one of the biggest distributors of electrical products to electrical wholesalers throughout Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate to work closely with the Purchasing Team to provide excellent Purchasing assistance and administrative support when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the efficiency of the administration of the company.
Key Responsibilities

Collating and compiling reports
Managing our 3PL
Review of supplier delivery dates and maintaining delivery dates on ERP system
Dealing with Freight forwarders
Product Maintenance and Master Price List Administration
Co-ordination of Maintenance Contracts

Requirements

Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
Able to plan and manage workload
Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail and high accuracy
The ability to prioritise tasks
The ability to multi task
Advanced Excel a requirement
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capability of building strong, reliable working relationships with colleagues
