Very important role as we continue to grow the Business here at Robinson Distribution Ltd.
1- Use the Master Production File to forecast requirements and ensure stock availability in line with production planning
2- Forecasting to ensure stock is on hand at the right time
3-Create purchase orders in Sage 50 and issue to suppliers. Complete the full purchasing process in Sage 50.
4-Communicate with suppliers and co-ordinate delivery schedules
5-Communicate with Store Manager and Finance to ensure most efficient use of products and stock required.
6-Provide assistance to the Production Manager as required to ensure the line runs smoothly
7- Review pricing and transport costs for the Business as a whole
8- Provide assistance to Director as required.
This role is based in Portarlington co Laois R32CD40 & is 5 days a week at the Factory.
