Job Objective As Payroll Specialist/Administrator at Manor Farm, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large number of employees, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees and managers. Duties and Responsibilities
Process and manage weekly payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Process new hires and leavers, updating payroll records and systems accordingly.
Process rate changes for weekly paid employees, ensuring timely implementation and accuracy.
Manage the weekly payroll inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Generate and provide weekly payroll reports as required.
Liaise with HR in relation to payroll changes, such as SSP, Maternity leave, etc.
Liaise with managers regarding weekly timesheets and employee queries, providing timely assistance and support.
Administer employee benefits, including pension and health insurance, ensuring accurate enrolment and deductions.
Prepare and provide monthly reports on employee benefits usage and costs.
Resolve employee issues related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain all payroll records and keep the payroll system up-to-date.
Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience processing payroll for a large organisation.
Experience with payroll systems and software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience in administering employee benefits, such as pension and health insurance.
Experience in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.
Experience in liaising with HR and managers to address payroll-related matters.
