Based in Cork City, you will become part of a close-knit and collaborative team within an established business that has a growing global market presence. Your role will be pivotal in supporting and enhancing the payroll function. ABOUT THE ROLE
Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of payroll records.
Address payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Participate in payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Engage in ad hoc projects aimed at process improvements.
ABOUT THE PERSON
Previous payroll experience is desirable.
Hardworking, organised, and friendly, with a strong team spirit.
High level of accuracy and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the business.
Comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
