What you’ll work on
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a key role in generating revenue by managing inbound and outbound sales calls, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Day to Day
- Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls: Handle incoming inquiries and leads, clearly communicating the value of our products and services. Conduct outbound calls and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Product Demos: Deliver value-based product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and functionality of our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Sales Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients, moving them efficiently through the sales funnel.
About You

- Collaborative: Comfortable working with different teams to align on sales and marketing strategies.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B or technology environment
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales activities
- Strong customer service skills and a relationship-building mindset
- Comfortable using Google Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
