Customer Service & Transport Support
Whiteriver are a leading developer and national distributor of flooring, decking and doors.
Position
We require a customer-centric, energetic team player to fulfil the role of Customer Service and Transport support. You will join our growing team, based in our offices at Dunleer, Co. Louth, A92V8YN. You must be highly motivated with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy friendly office, where the Customer is priority.
What you will do
· Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and Transport Lead, you driving best service through effective and efficient load and transport planning
· You will develop strong working relationships with our sales team and customers nationwide dealing with queries via calls, e-mails, and occasional in-person
· You will be supporting the sales team and customers with prompt processing of orders
· Ably assist customers with any queries around stock, orders, prices, deliveries, etc
· You will process Goods-Out delivery dockets and invoices, along with returns
· Become the direct link for the Sales Team to process queries, expedite orders and support
· Provide support to other departments where required
· Work autonomously and collaboratively with a positive can-do attitude, that is positive thinking and solution-oriented
What you will bring to the role:
· 1-2 years’ experience/post-graduate and willing to grow into the role
· Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment that is customer-focused
· Confident and focused and empathetic to deliver exceptional customer experience
· A natural flair for helping others, with professional etiquette in all mediums of communications
· Must be a reliable, friendly, polite, clear communicator and a team player with initiative
· You will be PC literate, we operate SAP Business One (training will be provided) and MS Office
· You will be eligible to work in Ireland, in oral and written English
