As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer relationships. About you
You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers over the phone
You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual, with a proven track record of sales ability and customer service
You have experience working in a telesales environment (Desired but full training will be provided)
You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
You have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own workload according to changing priorities

Salary: Salary of €27,000
Bonus: Performance related bonus of €1,200 annually
