Training Support Executive

Role Description
As a Training Support Executive, you will be required to design and deliver training and development programmes for new and existing employees. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our teams and ensure that every employee has the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to achieve both individual and business objectives. Responsibilities include:
· Develop and deliver training inductions and acclimate new hires to the business
· Develop and deliver sales training workshops, training days and talent management programmes
· Provide support for field-based employees through 1:1 accompaniments and coaching sessions
· Nationwide Field Sales support
· Evaluate the outcome of training sessions and assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
· Work closely with our salespeople to identify the challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to improve productivity and increase sales volumes
· Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee progress and achievements
· Participate in the training & development strategy for the teams, create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
· Create and present training materials including presentations and support material when required
· Ensure compliance in the delivery of all regulatory training and ensure that all training materials are available
· Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives
· Assume responsibility for ongoing development, research training industry
standards and best practices and embrace new technologies and learning solutions
Qualifications
· 2+ years’ experience in a training role
· Train the trainer qualification
· Previous sales training experience
· Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to present and handle training programmes effectively
· Well-developed administrative skills
· Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel)
· Strong analysis and reporting skills
· Ability to evaluate, mentor and coach
