Senior Operations Manager – Wellness Center (Canggu)
Our client, a wellness community set to open early next year, that offers a one-stop health center with services ranging from fitness programs and holistic treatments to personalised wellness plans, is currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.
The ideal candidate will build processes that result in operations running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring exceptional customer service. You will help to finalise the staff & management structure, and in all hiring initiatives, working with your line managers to build standardised training programmes and ensure all staff are at the highest level.

Requirements:
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations and leading a team of at least 30 people, including both managers and staff.
- Experience building full operational processes from scratch, including training programmes.
- Experience in monitoring operations and tangibly measuring what is and isn’t working.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A great team leader who can support, mentor and develop a diverse team and takes the initiative.
- Great attention to detail, especially when building processes and tracking results.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Oversee the integration and smooth operation of a wide range of wellness services, ensuring the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes that ensure all departments run seamlessly, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Assist in finalising the staff and management structure, working closely with senior leadership to identify key roles and responsibilities.
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of qualified individuals across all teams.
- Collaborate with line managers to design and implement standardised training programs, ensuring all staff are trained to the highest standards.
- Regularly assess staff performance and ensure continuous development to maintain service excellence.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple departments, including FOH and reception teams, gym team, health clinic team, therapy team, classes, retreats, and events team, restaurant team, co-working team, cleaning, gardening, maintenance, and security teams.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement monitoring systems to track and evaluate the effectiveness of operations.
- Continuously review and refine processes to optimise operational performance and service quality.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including vendors and management, to ensure procurement, facility maintenance, and service offerings meet the highest standards.
- Ensure that all teams deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment across all services.
