Qualifications:
- Have min. 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically in selling high-end products or consumer goods.
- Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B consumer goods and product sales.
- Previous experience leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Backgrounds in wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands are highly advantageous.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
