Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead the sales and leasing for our premier industrial park. This key leadership role is instrumental in driving our business growth by developing and executing robust strategies to maximize occupancy rates, increase property sales and enhance tenant retention. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the industrial or commercial real estate sector, along with strong leadership abilities and strategic acumen.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead the sales and leasing for our premier industrial park. This key leadership role is instrumental in driving our business growth by developing and executing robust strategies to maximize occupancy rates, increase property sales and enhance tenant retention. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the industrial or commercial real estate sector, along with strong leadership abilities and strategic acumen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving the sale and leasing of industrial properties, optimizing tenant acquisition and retention and meeting business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and understand market demand, using the insights gained to make strategic decisions.
- Actively identify and engage with potential buyers and tenants seeking for industrial land and factories. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales and leasing of our industrial properties.
- Execution of targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to effectively promote our industrial park and reach the right audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants and buyers, addressing their needs with prompt, professional service to ensure excellence throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with project planning, finance, and other key departments to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing or related industries with proven track record in industrial real estate.
- Strong data analysis and performance measurement skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial park operations and commercial real estate dynamics.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing industrial real estate.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
