Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent
- At least 4 years' experience as Legal & Permit in Managerial level
- Preferably specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
- High Integrity is a must
- Good Knowledge for OSS System
- Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents
- Strong Legal & Permit Experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisition and Land Permit, Litigation
- Knowledge of immigration laws is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills and result oriented
- Well groomed, great attitude, honest and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and in a team
