- A degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field is often required
- Have 5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field. Experience in managing similar types of properties is often preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & property management software
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent in English
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
