Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operational Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the SPA or wellness industry and be fluent in English.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operational Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the SPA or wellness industry and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the SPA to ensure smooth running of all services
- Manage and mentor staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance and growth
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the team
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operational Manager in the SPA or wellness industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for wellness
