RECEPTIONIST SPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Check-in and check-out clients, manage appointment bookings, and answer inquiries about spa services and treatments.
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments using spa management software.
- Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve service issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage any walk-in inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using appointment booking systems and basic computer applications.
- A pleasant, well-groomed appearance with a friendly, approachable attitude.
