We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various legal tasks. This role is essential in ensuring our operations align with Indonesian legal requirements while providing excellent support. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents matters.
Support the preparation and submission of KITAS applications and other immigration-related paperwork for expatriates.
Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, taxation, and immigration processes is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
