- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Ready join to company
- S1 (Preferred)
- Restaurant Manager: 4 years (Required)
- English (Required)
