Our client is one of the leading upscale restaurant groups in Bali, operating several busy outlets in various locations. Looking for talented professional Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the team in Berawa, Bali.

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, improve efficiency and maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings
- Maintain inventory, control cost, and optimize profitability
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Preferably Bali-based
- Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Job placement in Berawa, Canggu, Bali
