Manager Restaurant
YEN Signature is opening soon in Brawa, Bali. We are looking to fill the position of a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory, and budgeting.
2. Develop and implement high service standards to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
3. Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability.
4. Conduct training and development for the restaurant team, ensuring optimal work standards.
5. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards according to regulations.
6. Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop restaurant promotion strategies and events.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a 2. Restaurant Manager or other managerial positions in the Food & Beverage industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
