YEN Signature is opening soon in Brawa, Bali, and we are looking for a reliable and organized Storeman to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining an organized and efficient storeroom. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Maintain an accurate inventory of stock, including conducting regular stock checks.
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant departments.
Keep storeroom and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Record and track stock movements using inventory management software.
Assist with stock replenishment, placing orders as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for inventory management.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a storeman, warehouse, or logistics role.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good physical stamina to lift and move heavy items when needed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is an advantage.
