Manage the Parts Business in country and work with a team dedicated to this task.
Key responsibilities include
Sales of parts: manage parts sales activities and business development opportunities with customers and/or mine staff
Develop pro-active sales of parts
Planning of parts: ensure that the demand planning is done accurately with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Sales) and customers
Procurement of parts: manage the administration with factories and with local authorized suppliers
Inventory management: plan and schedule parts replenishment and stock in a timely manner to coincide with the requirements on the sites.
Warehouse management: storage, inventory checks, warehouse equipment, optimization. Is accountable for all Liebherr warehouses and stocks in country.
Inland logistics: manage customs and transport.
Is responsible for the achievement of parts inventory, stock-turn, cashflow and delivery performance targets
Position Specific Competencies
Excellent knowledge of administration for parts planning, procurement, storage and sales process.
Good Understanding of the country administrative organization and requirements.
Good abilities to manage discussion with customers on sales and planning future requirements.
Well able to lead and control a parts warehouse team
Well experienced with transport logistics.
Experience in sales and stock management ERP systems (SAP, Baan, Oracle or other).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Technical background will be appreciated.

Education and Experience:
Language: Fluent English (good level is required), other depending on project location.
At least 4+ years’ experience in parts administration, planning and warehouse management.
Other Competencies:
Project Management skills
Language: fluent English essential, Indonesian Bahasa desirable, French and German beneficial
Ability to travel internationally (if required)
