Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area according to HACCP
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with other chefs, kitchen staff, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
Assisting several clients for opening hospitality venue and restaurant consulting
Requirements:
English communication skills
Minimum 1/2 years’ experience in a similar role
Great personality and positive outlook
Passionate about culinary arts
Solid, checkable work history in reputable companies
