Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills.
Delivering training programs and conducting staff training (internal trainer).
Designing and administering training programs include creating a curriculum and training manuals to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
Supervise the training budget and maintaining records and providing participants with feedback.
Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Prepare onboarding training for new employees.
Identify High Performer High Competent/potential people in organization (Talent Mapping)
Ensuring employee maintains high level of professionalism and competence in their assigned work duties through internalization of corporate values.
Deliver recommendation of performance management program and leadership development program to support organizational growth .
Deliver team building programs to ensure integrity and consistency between various teams
Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals, with outcome document: Individual Development Plan.
Maintain, administering and monitoring performance management system activities (objective setting/KPI).
Create and ensure job roles and organizational structures are designed to maximize efficiency
Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
Oversee the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Maintain people mobility (promotion, mutation, demotion)
Maintain employee database of training, OD, talent and performance management system.
Bachelors degree in human resources, management, psychology, training or a related field.
5 years experiences in training, organizational development and performance management is essential.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
Certified Professional in training management is a plus.
Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
Experience in set up job description, job competency and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset, meticulous attention to detail.
Familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
English fluency is a must
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
