Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field 2. Experience in the same position at least 2 years 3. Experienced in designing and implementing training programs 4. Experience in performance management, coaching and mentoring 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: 1. Design training programs, development programs, employee activity programs, and develop them in accordance with company needs. 2. Monitor and conduct Training Need Analysis to create corporate training programs in accordance with the needs of all Divisions and Units. 3. Monitor and manage the implementation of corporate training, development programs and employee activities. 4. Manage and review the administration of training programs, archive training documents, and update training participant data. 5.
