Draft and manage correspondence, including work certificates, visa letters, and other documents related to Human Resource.
- Respond to emails directed to the People Ops mailing list in a timely and professional manner.

Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and notifying candidates of their application status.
- Maintaining the Hiring Tracker & assist with hiring request

Serve as MC or games facilitator for office events and activities.
- Assist in employer branding content-making

Collaborate with the General Affairs team to manage office supply purchasing.
- Managing the meeting room request
What you will need:

Fresh graduates or final-year students
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus.
