INTERN

Assist in the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
Support the team in data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks to help track performance metrics.
Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assist in project management.
Help prepare presentations and documentation for meetings and training sessions.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to support operational strategies.

Final year or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
