Demand Planning Manager
Established in early 2022, Allo Fresh is a joint venture company between Bukalapak, an all-commerce unicorn company, and Trans Retail Indonesia, a giant retail company under CT Corp Group. Allo Fresh focuses on providing fast delivery across Indonesia. We offers a wide range of products to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant inputs.
- Analyze demand patterns and adjust forecasts to reflect changes in consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Implement inventory strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret demand data and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of demand planning and inventory management.
- Ensure that demand planning strategies align with customer expectations and company goals.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field, with a focus on the retail e-commerce, or grocery industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
