Responsibilities

Design and implement operational flows at MOFI to support the company in becoming a leading digital multi-finance institution in Indonesia.
Oversee day-to-day operations in the lending business, including branch operations, verification processes, fiduciary processes, insurance handling, and collateral document management, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Create and update policies and procedures (SOP) for all operational activities.
Lead and manage a large team (>50 people) at headquarters and branches, providing direction and making daily operational and business decisions, including escalating any operational issues to management.
Design operational dashboards to track productivity, SLA, and cost management effectively.
Foster a zero-fraud environment in the company and identify potential operational backlogs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university.
5-10 years of experience as an Operations Manager, overseeing various operational functions. Experience in lending organizations is a strong advantage.
Proven expertise in project management and issue resolution.
Demonstrated success in managing large teams (20+ members), with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams.
