Pricing and Promo Specialist (Fresh)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for fresh produce and items, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market conditions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the fresh category to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze pricing and promotional performance for fresh items; create detailed reports and insights for management.
- Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and product availability for the fresh category.
- Stay informed on trends and competitors in the fresh category to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Conduct regular price checks across multiple competitors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Analyze and report price differences between our products and competitor offerings.
- 2-3 years of working experience in pricing or promotions, with a focus on the fresh category in e-grocery or retail.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and pricing tools, and excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the fresh produce market and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving successful pricing and promotional strategies in the fresh category.
